Looking for a fairly recent Loving wives (I think) story

Fairly recent (past 12 months or maybe that was just when I read it) story where this guy catches his wife screwing another guy from his work ( his boss I think) but when he confronts her she turns the tables on him by telling him about all the affairs he has had with the wives of his work friends and towards the end she even tells him she knows about the affair he had with the guy she is screwing’s wife who is terminally ill with cancer …. It might sound heavy but it was actually a fairly light and almost amusing tale …any ideas ..I’ve done some deep searching but ni cigar so far

Do you recall anything else? What would we look for? Cheating? Wife? Affair? There are thousands of stories with those tags/words. I think cancer is the only relatively unique detail you provided. I searched for "cheating wife boss manager dying terminal cancer affair" and none of them seemed like the story you're looking for.

Yes I did those searches too … it is really bugging me … I have a hunch it was set in the UK …
