Yep! We have the black legged (deer) tick, and the American dog tick here. None of the others that I'm aware of. There is Lyme locally around is. Didn't used to be, but somehow we developed a pocket of it here.
Wow. I'm so amazed how much ahead of us you southerner's are. The cherries are in blossom now, and should have ripe fruit by the first or second week of August. Blackberries a week or so after that. Raspberries in between those usually.Pitting cherries for jam

See? Even better technique from RjPop the cherry in your mouth and spit out the seed. Go to the store and buy a pie...much easier.
These are tart cherries. They need some cooking to release all that cherry flavor. Here at the CafƩ we are always happy to help...

She got some of her bloodwork results in today and she definitely does have some type of Lyme. The rest of the blood panel should be done tomorrow...
Weāve been sleeping separately, because of her bad arm.
Everyone feel better.... that's an orderGoodnight all. Long day.
Just work. I had a consult with an oral surgeon after work. I had no root canal tooth that broke. I just saw. I left it in there, and when I went for my cleaning last week, my dentist was like, āthatās still there? Get rid of that thing!ā

There are fun treatments for this!
- You have morning stiffness lasting more than 30 minutes
The more core strength one has, the more support for the back.I remember the day i injured my back. I was fairly young. I didnāt pay much attention to it but over the years it hurt but not to the point i paid it match attention. As i aged it became more pronounced. Iāve tried chiropractic, orthopedic, several RFAs and cortisone shots. The MRI shows one disk slightly compressed and arthritis on both sides if lower spine. I refer to it as my āfriendā. Always there and on occasion very irritating. The only thing Iāve found as a relationship is that the pain is proportional to my waist size. If i keep my BMI in check the pain is so much less irritating. Iāve also noticed that if i train with at trainer using resistance training the stronger my core the less the pain.
I read a book called The Barbell Prescription: Strength Training for Life After 40 based upon my experience i agree with the author. Even doing all of the above on occasion it still bites but usually is short lived. Thatās been my experience. I have to admit on occasion the RFAs really helped allot.
Hence the quote āIf i knew i was going to live so long i would of taken better care of myselfā. Good luck.
