Keep getting disconnected from chat

Love spending time on the forums and never have a problem there, but every time I get on chats I get disconnected within a few minutes. Any ideas out there?

No, on my iPad. Also happens on my desktop.

Chat can be temperamental in that if you go out of the chat window for any reason, there is a chance it will consider you idle and kick you out. It is especially bad on cell phones and ipads. Even on desktop, if you go to another browser tab or switch to another app in the back ground, there is a chance it will kick you. The best way to not get kicked is to never leave the chat window/tab for any reason.
