What he said was nothing more than reiterating what he’s being doing right along. He’s been very public and vocal about wanting to work with Putin on a peace deal. Putin fucked up and now Trump reminded him that he was treating him with kid gloves and now those gloves are about to come off. His statement was new but his actions were consistent with his statement. Trump always kept sanctions on the table, he held back to help convince Putin he was sincere about peace. For you Trump haters out there that’s not aiding and abetting the enemy, that negotiating, something Biden should have been doing right from the start.
