ICE Assaults and Detains US Citizen at Jobsite Because of Brown Skin

The story from DHS is that he obstructed officers from doing their job.

If so, his detention was legal.
If he didn't, it was not.

People have the right to video events, absolutely, but this administration doesn't error on the side of caution and care and people need to be aware of that.

My guess is that he'll sue and win a shit ton of money in the end for wrongful detention.

If the border wall was important, Trump wouldn't have pardoned the person who stole the money donated to build it.

If you were knowledgeable you would already know this.
Trump tried. Ob and Joe did nothing. :)

It's obvious he was resisting. And for the SFB's, he wasn't arrested, read the law before you run your mouth.

Not surprised you don't think criminals should be arrested. :)

He’s obviously not a criminal because they didn’t arrest him. They just detained him until they figured out they were illegally holding a citizen who hadn’t done anything.

Poor RockHead never understands what’s going on. 😆

So why do you think it’s okay for the government to detain US citizens without cause?

You think that's a new thing? You must not watch many cop shows. :)
