From what I’ve learned, it seems most women who want an MMF are with guys who aren’t into other guys. And guys who are into MMF are with women who only want an MFM where they are the sole focus.

I've been invited to take part in two MMF threesomes, in both cases it was apparently the woman who wanted to try it and she suggested myself. In one case he needed persuading, the other he was apparently really up for it. The first couple split within a few months, I have no idea if our threesome was part of this, the second were still together when we lost touch a few years later and I believe had invited a few other men to join them on occasion.
