The original idea:

Our lead is a widow whose husband passed recently. Nephew takes some time off work or school to come help her as she’s not only family but his uncle and aunt really helped him out of a rough home life he had with his parents.

Nephew had a precocious crush on aunt but always thought it was puppy love and never tried anything as he cared about his aunt AND uncle too much to do anything that might hurt her.

Wife though now having her beloved nephew in the home but seeing him as a strong capable man can’t help but let her eyes wander over him….and then her hands…and then her lips

Idea 2:

Similar to 1 but hubbie is still alive. Aunt’s younger but there’s still a good age gap between her and nephew. Aunt, despite hubbie trying, has been a bit of a black sheep on his side of the family (maybe hubbie divorced his previous wife and married her after a quick fling, maybe she used to do sex work, maybe the age gap, maybe she’s a different religion, who knows?) nephew though was quick to welcome her and treat her as part of the family. While the other men and maybe even her own husband just leer at her, nephew formed a real connection with her.

As nephew reaches adulthood, wife finds hubbie unable to keep or maybe be less attentive so she starts spending more time with nephew. While that side of the family might not like her, they see nephew as kind of a golden boy, so they don’t suspect he also has some urges and the two of them begin an affair.

2A: combining the above two: husband is married but realizes both that he can’t quite keep up with wife and nephew and aunt are starting to see each other as more than relatives by marriage. Instead of cutting things off, uncle instead invites nephew over and leads him to his bedroom where aunt is in skimpy lingerie, lightly bound and blindfolded (but can hear everything and respond). Uncle then makes an offer to both of them, he actually supports them having a relationship but instead of doing it in secret, he wants them to do it with his blessing and nephew needs to learn how to please aunt .

Maybe it's just me, but I don't even think of her husband's nephew as someone close to her, let alone family.

Idea 2A could be nice but I find it a little unlikely that the wife would respond positively to that kind of proposal just when she is very exposed/vulnerable. Maybe she and husband could agree on it before and then just surprise the young guy. Also, it probably doesn't really matter if the young guy is her husband's nephew or just the young guy from next door (whatever works for you)

As I'm more of a 'taboo' guy than an 'incest' guy, this appeals to me. I'd go with the first idea of you want to go in a more romantic direction where they fall in love. If it's just a sex thing where the nephew is providing the vitamin D she's been lacking, than the second ideas are both fine.

It's hard to be around your ex when attending your daughter's destination wedding. Especially when his super young fiance is there too.
