AOC district out of control, crime out of control and she’s chasing oligarchs

Why you just brought up Trump for no reason. I guess you just like typing TRUMP.
Yes, I get that you don't understand why Trump would be brought up in regards to federal responsibility to constituents. I'm sure you're confused by my reference of Gillibrand and Schumer as well.

As I've explained to others - there are civics classes available at your local community college. Feel free to pursue some understanding of government. 👍

Duplicate thread.
AOC is not responsible for policing her district.
Representatives have a responsibility to their districts. If she can't positively represent her constituents and her district she certainly shouldn't be considered for Senator or President. You can water it down anyway you like, like you usually do. Perhaps you should take a class on civics. Perhaps you don't understand the meaning of representative form of government. Defending her lack of accountability to her constituents, her aloofness to the problems in her district, her lackluster involvement with local legislators, or exercising good leadership at the highest level, welp, it's typical behavior of democrats. Chasing oligarchs with a washed up communist is not a good look.

Now do Kevin McCarthy in California, you simple traitor.

What legislation does she pass in Congress that reduces crime locally?

Your opinion of how she represents her constiuents is irrelevant to her election, unless you want to campaign for her opposition, which I'm sure would be effective 👍😆

Have you seen her polling data for her district or are you just reacting with bias from a national right leaning article?

Oh...right

No representative in the history of the republic has ever done anything for their district's crime rate, or could.

How many police budgets has AOC negotiated and voted on for her district?

HOW IT STARTED: AOC in 2020: ‘Defunding Police Means Defunding Police.’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) said New York City’s proposed $1 billion cut from the police department budget tiptoes around demands from activists who are asking for a reduced police presence.

Though the plan proposed by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) cuts one-sixth of the New York Police Department (NYPD) budget, activists note that much of it would be transferred to other city departments, including the Department of Education, where it could pay for police in schools. Activists have advocated for removing officers from schools altogether.

“Defunding police means defunding police,” the congresswoman said in a statement. “It does not mean budget tricks or funny math. It does not mean moving school police officers from the NYPD budget to the Department of Education’s budget so the exact same police remain in schools.”

—The Hill, June 30th, 2020, at the height of left’s riot, arson, and looting season.

Did she defund the police? Or did someone else do it?

Openly racist, misogynist, mentally disabled tinta/noitall thinks there was a $1 billion cut to police department funding in New York City. 😆

Sane non-racist, non-misogynist people know there was not.

The most serious black ghetto riot in years happened when Trump was president. The most serious black ghetto riot previous to that happened when George H.W. Bush was president.
