It's a story that consist of short stories where husband recounts his wife's sexual adventures. It's gonna be like 1-3 paragraphs for each event and then leads to another but it will be chronological in a sense.
I'm thinking it starts with the husband catching wife having sex with her former boyfriend which he can't seem to stop thinking about and now he wants to see his wife with other men.
Ex:
May 12 - My wife's first date
June 20 - Cabin trip with X
August 17 - Cruise Ship
September 19 - My Boss comes over
December 25 - Wife's first Orgy

I think it will be fun, but I don't know exactly how to end it. Maybe it's just by the end of the year?

Will this be something that would be appealing to read?

If I were to write a series of vignettes like this, I would make each episode a snapshot in time -- all action and dialogue, no exposition. For instance, scene one the husband is criticizing the wife for getting drunk at the office party and laughing too loud at the boss's jokes. 'I almost thought you were going to make out with him.' 'What would you do if I did?' she replies, jokingly. He has no answer which she observes is strange. The thing is he never tells her to sleep with other guys. But he doesn't tell her not to. Which she takes as implicit approval.

After that comes a series of incidents that ratchets up the intensity nice and slow. Her ex-boyfriend comes by for dinner and drinks and gets handsy when he thinks husband isn't looking. He catches her coming out of the men's bathroom with a guy who knows her name for some reason. She disappears for a while at another work party and later his boss is in an odd mood. She has a suspicious odor on her breath occasionally... no bra on when she comes home one day... a paper receipt for a no-tell motel that she's using as a bookmark. She always has a perfectly ridiculous excuse when confronted.

Eventually she doesn't even try to hide it that much. Indulge your sweatiest fantasies about infidelity but level it up as you go. The encounters become increasingly sordid, increasingly obvious. By the end he is trying to catch her in the act not to stop it from happening but so he can arrange to spy on her when it does. She is determined to deny him that pleasure.
 
@OnlyHappyEndings yes what you have down is more or less what I wanted. It really is just all action and it just gets expanded on for each occasions. I do worry how it should end. I don't want to end with husband finally witnessing his wife's affair. I do want to add in a gangbang, but that's gonna be in the middle not anywhere near the end.

You can add it in the middle without ramping intensity by making it an indirect observation. Maybe he and wife are on vacation and he goes on a fishing tour. Later a fellow guest shows him some pictures on his phone. 'Check it out. This lady was taking on all comers in my buddy's room today.' No faces are visible as he swipes through the images but he can tell.

Or you can make it even more vague by just having the guy describe the woman and the things she did, no pictures. Even more vague, it could be a conversation he overhears. 'That chick was insatiable, right?' 'Totally. I could go for more of that if we can get her away from her husband.' The guy then notices MC sitting within earshot and, startled, motions to his friend not to say anything else.

As far as the ending I have an idea I could private message you to avoid spoilers. In fact, if you really do write this I would be pleased to contribute a few scenes.

I really like your idea about the photos, but I think I'll change it to where the wife sends it to him. This point of the story the husband and the wife loves to share her infidelity. I think this is a story that can just keep going but I hope it doesn't become too dull as everything is just action with little build up.
 
I would set some sort of goal so when they reach that, your story will have a satisfying ending.

easiest would be her getting pregnant by a stranger, this could become a goal halfway through and at the end she is finally pregnant.

I would love to see a 'double diary' format with this.

In your idea, you write it as if the husband writes it in his diary.
But I think it would be amazing to have a mirror series where it's like the wife is writing it in her diary.

You would get the same events from different perspectives, giving the reader a lot of insight.

Maybe at the start, he loves reclaiming her after she had sex with someone else.
But she at that point is tired and just let's him do his thing, even though compared to the other's his dick doesn't really do it for him anymore, she fakes it pretty well however so he thinks she loves it.

Well, lots of people write POV from the opposite gender, you could read some stories that are from a woman's POV maybe for inspiration.

Alternatively, you could see if there is a female writer (or a writer who has more experience with a female POV) to write the wife's diary, could be a fun collab.

If you go for the end goal of her getting pregnant, the grande finale of your story could be a breeding party gangbang. Where at the end all positions need to be with her legs and hips in the air so the cum won't spill but instead would run down to her womb.
 
Would be cool to have a woman's perspective. I do think it will be descriptive enough since the wife is open to share her affairs to husband. I like the idea that the end goal is pregnancy. I'm thinking 1st part is all fun and then wife brings up how hot it would be to get pregnant in the 2nd part. Gangbang could work, but it should probably be continuing onwards. I've looked it up, it says on average it takes about 6 months or so for a woman to get pregnant. She has to have sex 8-12 times a month and throughout the year she's already accumulated many lovers so they are more than likely to take on the task to impregnate her. She keeps husband updated as well as husband just gets a kick out of this. In the end she's pregnant and they find out father is the ... (neighbor/personal trainer/ best friend/ wife's former bf/pastor/neighbor's son/ husband's boss/ father-in-law, etc). Happy ending.

And then 18 years have passed since the wife gave birth to the baby, a healthy baby girl. They kept up with their lifestyle. However he had stopped writing in the diary, he had nearly forgotten about it until he walked in on his now 18-year-old step-daughter reading the diary. She had a lot of questions and he had to explain their lifestyle.
