mostly acoustic finger style.

This brings me joy. Americans and their "PT" 🤭
Good luck Sammy

The strange thing about pain clinics.

They drug test you to make sure you AREN'T using drugs before giving you the pain meds.

Then they drug test you to make sure you ARE using the pain meds before they renew your RX.
Holy moly... That doesn't happen here. Though they did ask about illicit drug use in the first consult 🤔 Maybe they just trust me
Shouldn't that be KingCharles III
Nope. He has no power here. And I doubt he looks this good in a crown 🤣

Yes really. Demonstrations can be arranged.

Charles doesn't look good and anything tbh.

Yeah and they had xrays that showed the damage but wouldn't do a thing until a MRI was done.
Yeah sometimes we have the same issue here. Today my consultant said to me - $400 to have the MRI to confirm the diagnosis or $500 to do the laparoscopy to confirm the size visually and take it out. There are all sorts of fucked up things in healthcare in every system in every country.

Good luck in whichever option you choose!

Navigating the healthcare system is a full time job in of itself

I booked the procedure for the next available date I could do it. Sometimess you have to bite the bullet.

I was speaking to an orthopaedic surgeon about the Canadian system and the problem with their universal healthcare is the blowout in wait times as everyone is treated equally. The rich can't cut the queue. So they instead fly to the USA and get the procedures done there to get it done sooner. So that compounds the USA hospitals issue of them being able to charge more for their procedures.

Good morning all just popping in for a few to offer drinks…

A lot of Americans do dentistry vacations.

Fly down to Costa Rica to get dental procedures done cheaply
