I make killer biscuits and gravy but that's a bit rural of me...... fettuccini Alfredo? I make great alfredo

I would make them a Chicken Sandwich Melt, with a chipotle dressing for the chicken Salad, havarti Cheese, San Fransisco Sour Dough bread. The chicken salad would be made using mayo, a chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, sour cream, a bit of dijon mustard, some quick pickled red onions, a splash of rice wine vinager, splash of soy sauce, splash of wash your sister sauce, a pinch of horseradish. In the sandwich itself I would include some tomato, some butter lettuce leaves with the lightest wash of mayo on both slices of bread, inside, and outside before putting on the sandwich press.
