It's a revenge plan. Her husband has the reputation of being this big macho type and she's recently found out that he cheated on her. So the next day at the big company picnic she wears that shirt, completely braless. Okay yeah that sounds pretty hot and like something I would read.
But it doesn't have the hilarious soap operotic twist of; Husband wants to see wife get knocked up by his step brother so convinces her to wear this shirt to an event they're both going to.
