We've had that crap for years now. People were arrested and prosecuted for the January 6th thing who weren't even there, other people were arrested and prosecuted for having business in DC that day, and everyone in the DC area had their bank records illegally seized by the FBI. Not to get on the J6 thing here, the problem to me is the dragnet arrests and prosecutions. I doubt that J6 was the only time this kind of thing happened.

I had a friend who 'went dark' and cut off his cell phone, landline, and internet only to have two Feds show up at his door asking why he did this. He told them he did it because he thought the Feds were spying on him and the two guys at his door proved him right.

To their credit the two Feds laughed about it and told him to have a good day.

Still, kind of scary to contemplate.

We passed that milestone a long time ago. I'm not hanging this one on the FBI but the stories of local law enforcement and other agencies going off script to straight up murder people have been popping up with frequency since I can remember.

The MOVE group in Philadelphia was bombed from the air and slaughtered by the police.

Way too many people have been murdered by cops showing up 'at the wrong address' and some cops have admitted that this wrong address gambit is how they sometimes cover up assassinations.

The root problem is we give people guns and extraordinary powers coupled with extraordinary immunities and it's all too easy for them to act with impunity.
