Short. Can be shouted. Starts with a hard consonant so can be better heard when whispered. No vowels that risk conflation with any sounds that might naturally come forth without causing alarm. Also, it connotes defeat, in various oblique ways.

Pineapple is mine. I even use it when I am in a uncomfortable situation in public with people who know my safe word.

ie: I love pineapple on pizza. But I hate when they don't strain off the juices. Then the pineapple makes the pizza all soggy.
