Social determinate of health are a new thing cos is requiring .... docs used to get paid fee for service.... so they do a test get paid exam get paid etc.... now it is value based care so.... all these quality metrics.. i.e. did they have a mammoth or colonoscopy? Are you controlling their BP, are you prescribing certain mods for patients with diabetes or heart disease ( there are a lot of them) and the sdoh questions are to make sure there are no barriers to you getting what you need.... but some of the questions are silly.... and check the box

And last night we were looking for some fun movies and found them. A triple feature of 60s biker gang flicks.

Mini Skirt Mob, Hells Belles and Angels From Hell (which actually had real bikers and Sonny Barger in it.) I kept on looking for Wat Tyler to make a cameo but we did not see him.

Tons of bad dialogue and bad acting. So bad it was… well it was not great… but it was fun.
