🌶️💃🏻🎸Brat House: Boobs, Bums and Bedlam🌶️💃🏻🎸

You need, like, a herd of elephants these days...
I needed a herd of unicorns for my last place. You got off lucky Mister 😜
I'm glad you didn't point out the stuffed goat offering. It's an important part of the ceremony, but that stuffing just gets on everything.
It's so hard to get the stuffing right on the point of filled. You either overfill and don't get the perfect level of packing or underfill and leave parts untouched.

The problems of a modern coven 🤣

I never understood how people found nice apartments. It always seemed so hard and people wanted a ton of money for very mediocre places.
I have a decent house in an exceptional area. 4 legal bedrooms, 5 if you count the finished room in the basement. And a small office. And lots of other things...

This place is at the top of my picks and has the smallest kitchen I've literally ever been in, the whole place looks beaten up, but clean - minus the stink bug graveyard inside the back door. It's only 3 bedrooms and the living room is TINY.

And it's $300 more than the mortgage on the house I'm letting my wife stay in.

Fuck. Me.

I had to read that twice to get what you meant. I was shocked to find out what my hairdresser was paying in rent because it was $700 more than I pay for the mortgage on my house which is a 2300 sq ft house on a 1/2 acre lot in Las Vegas. That kind of thing just blows my mind.

Fuck. Me.
I know someone who can help you out with that endeavor. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

First of all, I've had a problem with attracting unicorns for a very, very long time.

Second, unicorns have long memories. I don't mess with them.

Which is why I live in East Vancouver rather than Dunthorpe or Forrest Hills. I just depend on my credit rating....

Yeah that’s probably why I always struggled. I need some element of a walking lifestyle and it’s always at a premium.
I get that. I am in suburban hell right now, and a car is a must. Portland has a great public transportation system, but the taxes are back-breaking. (And I lived in NYC, where everything is reachable without a car. Only insane people drive in The City that Never Parks).

Suburbia sucks. Our rent now on a two BR apartment is more than twice what the mortgage was on our 3br/2bath house. And now we're so rent-poor we'll never save enough to buy a house at current prices. It's depressing.
My apartment is small (just The Kid and me), and a lot of stuff is still in boxes (I'm allowing my ex to live in our house and not sell until The Kid graduates), but I find I like small spaces better than I thought. And it has builtin bookshelves! But I am looking forward to using my half of the equity (+a percentage every year she doesn't sell) to get a real place again. I am looking for a library with at attached bath...

I hear you. But I do like the freedom of not having a massive debt hanging over my head.

Built-in bookshelves 🤩

My apartment is a two bedroom with attached garage in this complex ( $1,200 per month ) water, sewer & trash, included in the rent.
