Good morning everyone. Well, I’m back in the office today. I hate being sick, and I’m only at about 70%, but there is work that needs to be done. Hope everyone has a great day.

I've used Mint since 2020. As long as you aren't using your phone for high-speed internet access it's a good service.

We use mint as well. Not too bad and actually pretty good when you consider the pricing options. Coverage can be challenging so investigate that first.

As a driver, it's been just fine because I never travel outside of metro areas but here on the property there is absolutely no coverage till a couple of miles down the road. We use wifi in the house to compensate.

Hope you feel better but don't let that office routine reverse your recovery either. Take breaks more often and make sure to head out on time. Don't try to get caught up all in one day if you don't have to.

Made it home no worse for wear I guess. My team member should have called in sick….sniffling,sneezing, nose running like a sieve…all the while telling me it was “allergies” . I’ve been Lipo-C loading keeping my fingers crossed the scourge doesn’t claim me.

Happy HumpDay and it’s now time to relax…oh wait…I’ve got a Dermatologist appt…you know…the one I made SIX MONTHS ago and this was the first appt they had!. I seriously don’t even remember why I called them. You would think a 20 yr patient of theirs, that came up hot for Squamous Cell Carcinoma three yrs ago would go to the front of the line…

Our octogenarian population has tripled over the last 5 yrs…my best guess?

A classic.

My mom used to make chocolate gravy. Split open hot biscuits and put a large pat of real butter on them to melt and then ladle on a generous portion of molten chocolate gravy and enjoy.

If you do nothing else in your life, please trust me on this. Try this. I guarantee it. The gravy is a simple mixture of Hershey's baking chocolate, sugar and milk slowly heated over a simmering stove and stirred to prevent scouring the milk and preventing lumps. Takes time but it is creamy smooth chocolatey goodness over top of hot crispy biscuits melted with a generous portion of silky real butter.
