Heading out for 10 today I'll clean the dishes when I get back this morning!

Up early for a day off. Promised Mrs. Mitt I would take her clothes shopping on our way to the hospital today. She's been depressed and overworked lately.

Having coffee before I hit the basement-stairs-gym this morning. I've gained back so.mich weight with all the stress eating lately. I need to get serious with it. It's embarrassing really. I've kept or increased my muscle but I'm out eating my calories that I burn. That means only one thing...time to fast.

Drinking too much coffee these days too. Need to get back to drinking water and getting good sleep so I don't feel I need extra caffeine during the day.

Ok, so it's not just one thing...HA!

The wedding was on Saturday. The guests wore the gamut from jeans and boots to evening dresses. I wore bamboo pants and a lace sweater.

We got Starlink while we were in Florida. Really good service even in stormy weather. Gaming night with 3 of us online was no issue at all. Kinda pricey tho at $110 per month but solid, fast, and multi-tasking...like I like my women.

That's impossible. Everyone knows volume only goes to 10 unless your in Spinal Tap. They have custom volume controls that go to "11". That's one more than 10 innit.

I tell me wife all the time…

I've used Mint since 2020. As long as you aren't using your phone for high-speed internet access it's a good service.
