OMFG!!! THIS is so true but reverse in my marriage. I'm the one with impossible laundry standards. Particularly folding. She hasn't washed and folded my laundry is almost two decades.

Since she's kind enough to do my laundry I keep my mouth shut about any which way she wants to fold it. (or not, sometimes not...)
I might not be smart, but smart enough to know that!

Likewise, she doesn't seem to complain about how I do car maintenance and mowing, snow blowing, etc...

UPDATE; well the COVID, RSV, Flu-A and Flu-B tests all came back negative. It’s just a run of the mill sinus infection / respiratory infection. Now on anti-biotics, lots of fluid, and rest. I doubt I’ll be in the rest of the day, but thanks for all the well wishes. Y’all be good

I seem to catch colds from public transport all the time. I just wear a mask now, like all the cool kids. Was carrying hand sanitiser before covid, see no reason to change.

Someimtes I wonder if my immune system took a hit during lockdown. Fortunately though I never (knowingly) caught the 'rona.

We've been in the hospital for 2 days. All of moms tests and imaging came back fine. They have diagnosed dementia finally but man, it came on so fast. They are giving her meds to keep her calm and possibly help her sleep.

Now that she has a diagnosis, I need to call Medicare and see what kind of help we can get for her. I promised her awhile ago that Jenn and I will keep her in her home until the end, come hell or high water.

Home early. Pouring rain and I changed outfits midway. Still soaked through. Glad to be home and dry. Got chili going in the slow cooker. Hopefully will feel warm soon.

My neighbors partner was fussing about mowing...I said I didn't give a crap how it l[ked only that it was done.... so my friend mowed a rainbow knowing it would drive his partner crazy....I cracked up
