Just kinda spun me out reading and hearing about people's experiences and trying to figure out my reaction. They're all nice people and friendly at least, so I'm not judging. Quite the opposite I suppose.

I came here because I like erotic fiction, particularly some of the audio stuff. Then I thought, because I like writing, I might have a go at writing some erotica. I even thought, if I was particularly lucky, I might make a few pennies - I mean some people do (so the internet says). I also spent some time in the chat rooms, which do seem skewed toward younger girls (so they say) 'looking' for daddies. Thus there are a lot of older married men. What they do is their bisiness, i'm just commenting on the dynamic. My redline is don't hurt anyone else (unless, to quote XTC, they ask you too).

Anyway you guys are super friendly so I don't want to turn this into my personal therapy show. It's not Frasier!

I can’t believe a Casino hotel would not have coffee in the room. . I have a coffee machine for my short term room rental for my guests. I suggest complaining to their manager.

They nickel and dine you for EVERYTHING in Vegas. It is the worst place in the world IMO.

I never need to go back there again.

I don’t know if youlll make any money writing - at least not here, but it’s a good creative outlet.

Explore some forums and threads, explore and get to know people. (I’d say we are the best thread and people IMO…) you will find people you have a lot in common with, people you’ll never want to meet and anywhere in between.

And cuz it’s lit, you’ll probably learn a lot and cultivate some good friendships. I know I have.

We asked for a late check out due to our schedule change. Nope. Those places are shit-shows if you’re there on business. Vacation? Great. Bizz…hard pass. If they put us there again I’ll have it changed. The problem w Vegas is there’s always something going on. Last fall I had an overnight the week before the F1 race, Pink and four others were in concert, a Female MMA fight, and U2 was playing the Sphere! The traffic was a nightmare due to the F1 road course being set up.

Vegas…it’s not my bag baby!

At one point it was 3" thick all the way around. Thick enough my hose couldn't spray it off. And it dried to the consistency of concrete. Good news is I have some ideas for dealing with mud going forward. Failure can be the best way to learn.

I tend to collect stuff. Not junk, just all sorts of tools and materials useful for making other things. I'm getting better at saving the things that are useful vs. those that aren't. As a friend of mine once said. If you like to do things, it's difficult to do them without space and stuff.

Collectors issue china plates or old Bourbon bottles, I no use for them! Old tools on the other hand will have a forever home in my garage!
