Control panel access

I've got two stories to post. Every time I try to access my control panel. I get a tick in the first field. Eventually, 404 not found. Anyone else having issues?

And then some. Control Panel was "go get a cup of coffee" slow for me sometimes. So, so much faster at the moment. Hope it stays that way!
