Morning, all. Just waking up, and realized I didn't set the coffee up for this morning. Thankfully I have a late start at work so I can still get my three cups in. It rained last night and this morning, forecast calls for more all day. Should be a good training day.

Does living in Europe between ‘95-‘00 count? I only “visited” the UK…didn’t actually live there, but a couple or three other countries…This is not true for me. You are not allowed to give blood in France if you spent more than a year in the UK between 1980 and 1996. This is due to the outbreak of BSE (Mad Cow Disease) at that time. So my blood is strictly for my own boners!

Looks like I’m not going to be giving blood anytime soon…Every time I donate blood they ask me if I’ve had sex with a prostitute or if I lived in England in the 80s.

I believe the rule is a cumulative period of one year in the UK between the years 1980 and 1996. However, they don't ask about prostitutes!

Yes, slightly larger now (15k acres) but also almost 50% contained. So far losses to people is none, and I think only one structure (commercial) and a few outbuildings destroyed.
A friend at work had nothing but praise to how well the firefighters have managed this fire.
