Eh, one for two ain’t bad.
I abhor milk chocolate. Entirely too sweet and the actual chocolate flavor is almost completely taken over by sugar and the “milk” part of milk chocolate. No, no, no.
And white chocolate isn’t chocolate at all 😜
We’ll have to agree to disagree on milk chocolate. But 100% on white chocolate not being chocolate!!
 
What are you grateful for today? I’m grateful for so much! My tv, food, yarn, my pets, stationery, water, the internet, etc.

Indeed she did! But I snipped the "pic" bit in my quote of her post for the sake of making a funny. It's kind of my raison d'etre, really 🤷‍♂️

I'm not quite as extreme as that - milk chocolate is still chocolate, after all! - but I far prefer dark, too. None of that 70+% cacao shi... stuff, though. It still needs to be sweet, because the non-sweet stuff tastes and feels like eating cardboard, to me, but yeah, dark over milk any every day of the week.

It still needs to be sweet, because the non-sweet stuff tastes and feels like eating cardboard, to me, but yeah, dark over milk any every day of the week.
See, I eat 70% like candy. Also, do nothing but melt it, add the right amount of cream and a touch of brandy, and the truffles are out of this world.
