I can't get into chat

Hi. I'm having a similar problem that I had before. I was in the Chat Room Lobby today, and suddenly I got disconnected. I tried repeatedly to get back in and have been unable to do so. This happened at around 4:45 pm ET today.

Last time this happened, other users told me I had been banned, although the moderator I spoke to later (Thesunmaid) said I had not. The issue was later fixed by a combination of Quip, ditzylildoll and EarthWolf.

As far as I know, I wasn't doing anything wrong or breaking any rules when this happened today.

Can someone look into this and fix it, if possible? If I have been banned, can I find out why?

As always, try clearing your cache and cookies and everything. Then try logging on from a different device. And if you're using a phone, getting sporadically booted is just part of the drill. But if none of those helps, please hold for the next available mod.

I don't know, Willy. I have pm'd several mods to find if or why I was banned, you probably should as well.

I don't think you actually get a proactive notice that you've been banned. You just can't log in anymore. I'm not saying that you actually HAVE been banned, I just don't think they come out and tell you. While the mods do check these threads, you'll likely get a faster response if you PM a couple of them directly.
