He was so good in that movie... but of course... that was directed by Penny Marshal.

She is one of those women, along with Carol Kane, Teri Garr, Madeline Kahn, Mary Tyler Moore, Carol Burnett that I absolutely always idolized. And I have to point out Julie Kavner as well, but not for what she is so well known for today. But her portrayal of a character partially inspired my name change. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

So, not biggest nerd interest, because that seems to be climbing... hmm... biggest nerd quality... passionate and obsessive about the things you nerd about, but you approach them all with the careful consideration of one wanting to understand the full complexities of the matter. Then, you present them any time you find a window to bring them up, which can sometimes create a socially awkward fumble.

I love both of those 😍

Free Solo, yea, I mean a lot of those documentaries go into the dangers and deaths of solo climbing. Even the most experienced ones often ended in fatalities. But, I think the documentary was well done regardless.

I think Valley Uprising was the first climbing documentary I saw though.
