Wow, that sucks about the nightmares… from melatonin…?!I took a melatonin gummy to help me try to get some sleep last night.
It worked. I slept. But I was also plagued by at least 4 different vivid nightmares.
So I won't be doing that again.
On the plus side of things, I've been at my desk for 45 minutes and already gotten through a good chunk of all my work for today. I anticipate there will be some office napping later. Hopefully without the bad dreams.
Apparently, if you're already susceptible to vivid dreams and nightmares (which I am), since you're spending more of the night in REM sleep, you can get more vivid dreams and nightmares. So... yay.Wow, that sucks about the nightmares… from melatonin…?!

Maybe I'll try it again sometime when I'm in less of a mental funk. Because sometimes my dreams are just weird and other times I get some lovely sex dreams. And more of those would be nice.
