Believe it or not it's an honor,and a privilege to chat and be in the company of everyone here. Some new, some more mature, some newer to the thread. Everyone's just trying to fit in. In my final job as Quality Manager, it was one of the Core Measures we monitored. As more hospitals are gathered into large Healthcare systems, it becomes easier to share education and experiences. The small community hospital that cared for my SIL was subsumed into the larger hospital system where I worked.

My friend was in the main hospital for the area, they knew it was sepsis, and how to treat it, but they banned our kind in 2017, and won’t treat us if they can get out of it and then if they do you have to watch them like a hawk because they will stop our maintenance meds. There are a group of us here who have the same trifecta of rare diseases and we watch out for each other. It’s ridiculous!
