So, for bigger fires, and if I'm cooking on it, Log Cabin style. Structurally more sound, longer lasting, and bigger flames. I feel like this should be the go-to on any colder nights as well.

For more relaxed fires, roasting marshmallows, just need a smidge of warmth and light, Teepee. Teepee is also the go-to for when I was teaching kids how to build fires. It's a good start.
