If you're not running water and it happens it may be coming from the main. A small accumulator or pressure tank after the regulator might help. Again, plumber probably knows better...

So I sent a response letter to him that unfortunately we weren't able to extend an invitation because we had some complaints about his booth. Well he called me today because he had my phone number from last year's information. He asked me if I was Christian and threatening manner he said he had people that he could bring in to deal with this where he was. He wanted specific examples, and I just wasn't comfortable with that especially after the whole I have people comment. So I referred him to the Village offices. And he can talk to the mayor who is the boss of all of this. It was awful. I told him I wasn't going to get into particulars with him and he needed to call the village office and left it at that.. I don't want to get the village in trouble I will let the mayor take care of it. The guy just needs to go away. The mayor is not one to be messed with. I did manage to make my bed and I'm going to go mop my floors here in a minute to make me feel like I have some control over my life. Hahaha oh Lord

Negative: when we went to the basement this morning, there was water all over the floor. While we are away, I think our water heater went bad. I did notice a couple of weird noises last night when the furnace kicked on. It all runs off the same system and sure enough, the water heater went bad.

Hopefully fixed early next week.

...or she doesn't notice that the water IS running to something like the water heater or a toilet.

He is scary..... I hope to God he doesn't find out where I live or work.... but I carry a 9mm and I rarely answer the door unless I know you. Who in the hell thinks it is ok to ask minors those questions.

It’s for our farm. It shows that we have woods and “farm” it for firewood so that we get a farm tax exemption.

It has all of the details minimum amounts we need to sell for firewood. And how and what invasive trees we need to get rid of and what to plant in their place.

The forrester is a character. Vietnam vet, old hippie. Has the perfect Nj accent. Nicest guy. EVERY TIME I see him, he thinks I was in Vietnam too (do I look THAT old??) 😂 I remind him that it was sometime after that! 😂 I was born during the Vietnam war!

I guess it's a win because I didn't have a heart attack over it.

Ahh...got it.... glad that is all worked out... your little stretch of woods will be healthier for the care you give it... culling dead trees etc...

Yep.... that is why I kept my mouth shut and told him to call the village office...
Jason is familiar with this stuff and isn't gonna be pushed around.... we have a lawyer if necessary..... if he knows what is good for him he will just go away
