There shouldn't be a difference charge for "murder" and "attempted murder".
You shouldn't get a lighter sentence because your bad at murder. You meant to murder someone - that's murder.

I think it's bc sentencing usually has some retribution factor

I would give them a longer sentence for attempted murder as a punishment for poor performance and not completing the task at hand 🤭

Someone gave me a chocolate mousse swirl “cupcake” with a chocolate shell for my birthday. It was devine and better than any birthday cake or cupcake I’ve ever had 🤭

Head scratcher here. Isn’t a cupcake a muffin with icing? By your reasoning wouldn’t a cupcake at least be better than a cake?
Muffins have generally less sugar and more dense/crumbly texture because you don’t mix the batter as much
