You're so smart....Yeah a rower is an excellent exercise as it is a good combination of cardio and strength training and uses like 85% of your muscles.
My rower has a recumbent bike also so a little variety with just the one machine and very quiet when using it too.
Yeah I figure the gas savings alone from not driving to gym all the time adds up and also the gym membership fees too
So a win, win, win
