I do have to figure out how to get my Utah games without Hulu now. I usually can’t stay up for them anyway so I didn’t get too worried about it.

It was! I wish I could have seen him for 3 more innings :) But I suppose we shouldn’t break him on day 1.

I like the new Capital city jerseys they have this year. They’re sharp too. I suppose at some point I need to upgrade my jersey. I still just have the red and white.

No hate - I love Trea and Schwarber (even though we had him for only one season- he made quite an impression). I have to say that I’m not a Bryce fan, but I’m not one to boo him. I mean, I’d like to see anyone turn down 330 million! That was the biggest contract at the time! I’m not going to boo anybody anyway.

The Phillies, Mets, and Braves look great this year. It’s going to be a challenging year for the Nats in our division. But who knows? Look what happened in 2019! I’ll just stay hopeful. :)

I can't really blame a manager for not trotting the starter back out there for another inning on opening day after throwing 93 pitches. That's the downside to high K numbers--lotta Ks = high pitch count.

it was funny bc i was watching the phillies broadcast, they had a question of how many home runs did Bryce have in opening games. He came up to bat, answer was 5 and that's when he hit a home run.

I walked out of the room bc of the pitching change when Schwarber was at bat, I hear home room as I'm taking care of laundry.

i always miss his homers.

Nats almost came back bc I hate that one reliever. And the errors I was like Bohm wake up. Then 10th inning happened and I was like okay.

I'm surprised that deal happened. Not complaining.
