The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

I find temporing chocolate difficult. Caramels and English Toffees are much more suited to my skill level but I find the process therapeutic and they make great gifts at work.

As far as moulds go, keep it simple. Drop, balls, bars taste great and a lot can be said for miniature muffin papers for ready made shapes.
Thanks, Q! What I really want to try first is chocolate covered macadamia nuts.

I got injured one season playing soccer. We didn't have extra players to spare so I taped up so we wouldn't forfeit. It was murder pulling that tape off hairy legs. I shaved them the rest of the season to avoid a repeat trauma. I had the prettiest legs on the team that year!
Now you know what we go through! And why we sometimes wonder if it was worth it to make our legs smooth. 😅🤣

Had to go look that one up... think today's my first time seeing it.

So does Fleet Farm... just saying

Thought that word sounded familiar somehow.

Oh my! I can imagine!!
Guess my motto is "go big or stay home" - my injury was a knee dislocation. No amount of tape was going to fix that up.
"That's all your manhood right there!" 🤣🤣🤣

Many thanks for all the love. I am absolutely fine with everything, even though, as Executor of the will, the mass of paperwork now awaits me.
Mum had a good couple of years after Dad passed, in her own apartment in a community of similar people. She made new friends and lived only 4 miles from my sister and nieces. She passed quickly and quietly. Hopefully, she is now back with Dad and the succession of ageing dogs that she took on in her later years.

I'm glad to hear that, truly glad.

View attachment 2517798Good morning early risers and afternoon perhaps to those overseas. Typical weather where it swings from winter to spring from day to day. It drives my sinuses crazy. But the grass is greening and the sun seems warmer.

Have a good day and until OM arrives, have a fresh brewed cup:
Good morning and thank you B2!
(from a night shifter)
Have a great Monday, if there is such a thing. 🤣
