Couple that with RFK's stance on vaccines, sure he kinda tries to hem and haw about "I won't take away" but we know the goal. ITs not different from the abortion debate and the questions they won't even answer.

That is Russian Roullette and last I checked it has already claimed two children and hopefully that's all the children who suffer from this. Though adults who aren't getting boosters and live in the area. I really hope the consequences are the kind of dire that leaves a scar on a population for generations.

Transgender women are being moved to men’s prisons despite court rulings against Donald Trump’s executive order demanding it, according to a report.

Trump’s “gender ideology” order, which he signed on his first day in office, directed the attorney general to make sure “males” — which he defines as including trans women — are “not detained in women’s prisons or housed in women’s detention centers.”

The order also prohibits federal funds from being spent on gender-affirming treatment or procedures for people in custody.


There are roughly 1,200 transgender inmates in the Bureau of Prisons' custody. The agency first started allowing inmates to receive gender-affirming care in 2023.

Federal judges in three separate lawsuits have ruled that the agency cannot withhold inmates’ medical treatment, and has barred them from moving trans women into men’s facilities, citing “irreparable harm.”

Yet trans women are being moved into men’s prisons, reports The Guardian, citing accounts from civil rights attorneys and prisoners.

The absolute best way of avoiding getting raped/molested as a "transgender" woman in a male prison is to refrain from committing crimes that will get them a prison sentence.....

Yeah even if that were entirely true, which it is not, the reality is that we should not be in anyway condoning rapes in our prisons which you are clearly okay with. We should be protecting the LGBT community which you are actively hostile towards. Lets top this off with we know the LGBT community is far more at risk from the Straight CIS community, if you can call an overwhelming majority of the population a community in any meaningful way. Which leads back to the only argument against letting Trans pick their prison is that you are okay with rape because why not just have sufficient control over the area even if its just survelience so you fix problems AFTER the fact as bad as that is?

Because just like Trans in women's sports this was never about protecting women. It was about oppressing others.
