YepI'll take intellectually and emotionally. While I like physically strong men, I have no use for a man who needs to subdue me with force. BTDT. Not going back.

*Taking detailed notes* lolI'll take intellectually and emotionally. While I like physically strong men, I have no use for a man who needs to subdue me with force. BTDT. Not going back.
They look great!See?!?
Me too...when it gets done it will be beautiful.... we had someone in to give us a pie in the sky blank check quote for repairs including wiring plumbing fixtures structural painting etc and he said 800000..... yeah we don't have thatI really love old buildings!
Whe i come to visit i k ow one thing we are doingI have a sander for feet, too. I bought it to use on my husband's feet. It does make them nice and smooth. Trims those hooves right down!![]()
They look very much like Easter speckled eggs...See?!?
I remember watching a show about it once...I will have to look it up...or our historian may knowWhenever you see "natural" flavor. This is what they're referring to.... Or so I've been told.
I have a buddy who traps a lot of beavers (ok, I'm waiting for it). He collects the castor sacks. It's not as bad as you might think. (Ok, if you think it is, don't eat a hot dog then. Probably steer clear of haggis too...)
Bugs in strawberry must be the color additive?
I haven't shaved my legs in years..... they grow no hair and never have...if I get a spare hair they are fine and light I used to have to shave my toes....hahahahahaI have a sander to use on my legs. I never shave them, I use an epilator then the sander on dry legs. I call it clear cutting.![]()
This is one of the more educational exchanges I've read hereI haven't shaved my legs in years..... they grow no hair and never have...if I get a spare hair they are fine and light I used to have to shave my toes....hahahahaha
Have you ever tried sugaring...gentler than waxLili - lovely to see you
Means I may be up a tad late, but it's Saturday, so...![]()
And if we're lucky our loved ones from the other side stop in for a visit. I love those dreams the most... b/c I miss those folks the most.![]()

Genius!! I need to get a couple of those!
I'm a known over-packer
First vacation this year? My checked bag was 2 pounds over the limit. I opened the suitcase to see what I could jettison for the trip. Lifted a pack of brownies up - and it was exactly 2 pounds lighter. Made 2 young ladies at the bag check station very happy.![]()
And I still had 3 more packs of brownies for my friends at the destination.
Quiet in an argument is counterintuitive but can be very effective.
I use an epilator all the time... I have an esthetician for waxing, too. I often see him before a trip for a more thorough attention to detail. Plus, some spots are easier for him to get than for me.![]()
Never heard of using a sander on the legs though... heels, toenails, not legs. Huh!
Great for desserts or so I have heardVery rich. Lots of yolk.
There used to be "grant $$" available for private individuals to restore historical structures... it may be worth checking into...Me too...when it gets done it will be beautiful.... we had someone in to give us a pie in the sky blank check quote for repairs including wiring plumbing fixtures structural painting etc and he said 800000..... yeah we don't have that
I am that way too... I need to process if I am pushed I will respond and usually profanity strewn..... I will hurt feelings.I can't always see it in the moment but I'm always willing to listen.
I'm not a volatile person. When I'm angry, I'm more of a cold stealth bitch. I've been told it's scary. I just think it's more civilized than screaming and throwing things in anger.
It also sometimes takes me a while to process my feelings. I've learned to own them and not place blame on my partner for them. While I'm processing, I tend to withdraw. When I'm ready, a productive conversation can take place.
We are quite philosophical this weekend, aren't we?
Museum of ice cream!!!! WowWay to GO, girl!
I took my nephew, the twin grands, and my dog to the Museum of Ice Cream today. The kids really liked it; they were able to burn off some energy there while getting hyped up on sugar from ice cream and cotton candy!
I wouldn't recommend it, however. It's WAY overpriced and the ice cream wasn't premium. Better to get some Ben & Jerry's, Talenti, or some other premium brand and go to a park.

How was the museum part though? History usually gets my interest.Museum of ice cream!!!! 2nd thing to do when i visit...hahahaha
Phish food was my fave too...love a marshmallow swirlB&J's Phish Food used to be my favorite. Then I found Chocolate Hazelnut Marscarpone ice cream made by Kroger Private Selection. I can't find that anymore. Now, I tend to like almost anything by Tillamook. It's a local-ish dairy in Oregon. Their ice cream has the most marvelous mouth feel!![]()

Me either....one of these days I will make my ownReal vanilla FTW! I don't use imitation anything!
We have them.too..... I like the peanut butter chipThere's a small pot French style creamery in this area called Graeter's and their black raspberry chocolate chip is ridiculously good. The "chocolate chips" are as big as your pinky finger but honestly they're upstaged by maybe the best ice cream I've ever had
The best and creamiest ice cream I’ve ever had was actually in India! After I got out of the army, I spent some time working for a consultancy setting up. Call centers there.I love ice cream
@B2fromA2looking4U makes his own ice cream I think….Me either....one of these days I will make my own
Sterns and foster on an adjustable frame with an uholstered headboard.....Good that you found a solution! What mattress do you want?
I do. Typically just the basics of cream, whole milk, sugar and your special flavor. I might add chocolate chips or mints depending on the request. It’s not time for it. It’s cold out.@B2fromA2looking4U makes his own ice cream I think….
So sorry for your loss.... hugs to you and yoursSadly, day one as an orphan. Slightly surreal but, at 89, she had a proverbial "good innings." My sister was with her at the end, which was swift and painless, just about all anyone can hope for.
Reunited with Dad and her beloved dogs, I think she will be happy.
