The Alien Enemies Act - 1798

Lol, you are one clusterfuck failure. Rather than discuss the topic, due process, you deflect, conflate and spew idiotic statements. I had hope for you but your no better than the other cultist brown shirt wife beating t-shirt wearers.

^oh, like this is sooooo "on topic."

Honestly sweety, you need another dose of transquility and someone at your elbow 24/7 to keep you out of trouble.

It's time for the judge to quit fucking around with giving the Trump administration more time to make excuses. Charge the bastards with contempt and let the appeals begin.

Then it's just a matter of who will take the fall for the Mob Boss.

That’s where this and other situations like this are headed….ask 3 times, then make the finding of contempt and let them appeal.

This will be the most litigated administration of all time…that’s a given.

Trump will invoke the National Secrets Act.

My suggestion would be to give the judge a redacted copy of everything he asked for. A completely blacked out copy except for the name of the lawyer and the court heading for the pleading. When the judge insists on getting an unredacted copy, upon pain of contempt or punishment if it's not handed over, give it to him and explain that he is not authorized to have it nor have it outside of a secure facility (SCIF). Then arrest his ass and perp walk him out the FRONT DOOR of the courthouse.

Basically, if you're going to call the President a tyrant and wave your puny little gavel at him, you should expect to be tyranted when you fuck around above your pay grade.

But we already knew you and the other MAGAts advocate on behalf of autocracy in the USA.

Will they shave the judge's head before they perp walk him?

No need to make more work for the courthouse housekeepers.

The fun part that everyone misses is that EVERYONE in the room who doesn't have pre-clearance gets arrested. The court clerk, the transcription clerk, the bailiff, any of the buddies of the bailiff who show up after the judge pushes the emergency button, EVERYONE.

You know who is going to roll over as soon as the DOJ offers a deal to drop their charges if they rat out the judge?

So rather than defy a judge you disagree with, have the judge arrested?

You know, Sir Thomas More served as a judge at some time in his career. Later on, King Henry VIII had him arrested and beheaded (after a "fair trial" of course!). But I thought you wankers were trying to get away from all that in 1776 . . .

We aren't in defiance of any judicial order. OTOH, a sting operation to capture a seditionist is perfectly within the law.

Or didn't you catch that part?

Did you notice your post said, ". . . you should expect to be tyranted . . . " You're basically admitting that using the powers of a tyrant is OK with you.

Careful what you wish for . . .
