The only food dunked in my cookie is a donut. And only a thin hard cookie gets dunked in my tea. No other food is in my sacred cup of coffee.

Too many food intolerances to too many key ingredients.
I make my own at home - but it is never the same as a result. Same with a lot of Italian food, too.
Keeps me healthy - but still miss certain things like

Same with mine, I like what I make tho. Seasoned to taste and as long as it "resembles" the real thing , I'm good with it.

I actually did do some of the icing of the feet. And thank you for the suggestions. Fortunately they are not as sore or painful as when I had plantar fasciitis.
