The best rum I ever had was Caribbean. First wife and I went to Cozumel and Belize 5 or 6 times a year. One year I went I found it and was hooked. I convinced everyone I could to pack some for he return trip. So smooth and sweet you could drink it straight no problem. Never saw it again after that one trip. Wish I would have saved those bottles instead of enjoying them.

I brought some Haitian Barbanquart? Back from the Caymans once. Dark 20yr old rum. Like you said, sipping rum.

Nursing is hard. Have I told you that? She’s making progress though and last night I was able to sleep upstairs. She doing a little better everyday. New appreciation for all the work she does (all stay at home moms do) day in and day out. Good on all caretakers!

I just showed this Mrs wonderer. She threw her head back and laughed.

We JUST had this argument. For VD (aka Valentine’s Day) I bought her a new gardening tool she was eyeing up. Then I bought a Colt Python for myself.

She was pretty upset.

Her: how many guns do you need?
Me: how many are there?

But she’s over it now. And obviously we can laugh about it now.

And luckily I also like porn!

When my wife and I first got married, I thought it was high time I gifted her a present of a Colt .38. I mean, what woman wouldn’t like that?

We had that old money program Quicken on our computer where we had started doing financial tracking or what not. In the block under HOME Purchases or something she put in the header DAMN GUN!

You’re right…she’s over it now!

Well, then there’s the deuce and a half (2 1/2 ton truck). They don’t use them in the army anymore, but they were still in use when I was in the first time.
