Whilst driving back to the house-n-cats yesterday afternoon, I noted blooming daffodils on the afternoon sun side of the interstate. I like that someone plants bulbs/flowers there. Forsythia is the best for lots of color.

Is people pleasing really about putting aside your needs for other’s wants? I did that hoping my first marriage would work out. I learned from my second and best wife to put my needs first and discuss if we had a conflict. Amazingly we always made things work out so both of us were content or happy.

Mine is a 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 quadcab with a Hemi and pretty much bone stock. It has 117Potassium miles.

My daily car is a leased Nissan Rogue AWD. Nice but I will not buy it. I have concerns about the engine design.

I have done a day trip to Cincy to pick up an anvil (another fucking old car). We may have to do lunch when I'm next Out West.

Yet. As we minimize, we come to be able to get by on less income. Part of the purpose of the current situation is to pay off the rest of Wat's I-Want-isms and as much land as possible and to save for the next land bits, and some tiny houses. And a shop. Then we get to grow some/most of our food, shop at the Amish veggie stand, can, buy a side of beef, and hunt a bit. Out West, if you hang around enough, a deer will wander past within 200 yards or so.
