Returning to our regularly scheduled broadcast.
Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 states: "The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." No exceptions, no conditionals, nothing in the sentence that might be subject to interpretation. If it is an agency or Dept. within the Executive branch then the Prez. is the boss. And EVERYTHING that is not under the Legislative or the Judicial IS under the Executive. And it is further true that neither the Legislative nor the Judicial can dictate, or limit, the Constitutional powers of the Executive.
For decades now various legislators have created these so called "independent agencies" and buried their creation is other very important legislation and the various legislators and presidents have allowed them to come into existence rather than create political firestorms that would jeopardize the truly important legislation.
Those days are over. Trump has decided enough is enough and he's going to fully exercise his Constitutional powers and that means that those "independent agencies" are going to find out they really aren't independent at all and all those piss ant inferior court judges are going to find out they don't run the Executive branch.
All of that shit is going to end up at SCOTUS and Trump will prevail by 5:4 minimum, and most likely 6:3.
