Same here......was much better before, no chin ups for me at the moment either so we've both got work to do. Funny thing is you'll find somethings to cheer about. Some of my exercises have bounced right back, I'm doing 5 miles of cardio every workout again and I lean on the routines I'm ok in to motivate me in the others.Aww….thank you for your words of encouragement. I was in so much better shape in 2023 and by that I mean stamina and strength. Not only was I cramping up badly while doing my last set of sit ups last night but I couldn’t even hold my chin over the bar for 15 secs for my upper body assessment like I could before. That was a wake up call for sure. I need to be that woman again

I’m thinking that some people can’t escape situations that cause stress, no matter how much effort they go to in order to relieve stress.HAHA! It’s SO funny that I ordered toys behind my husbands back and now I can’t get one of them open!! Why are they packaged like this
