Oh, hell yeah.

The eye candy was off the charts in that one. I dont care how straight you are, an oiled Gerard Butler is going to have an effect!

(Plus, Lena Headey! 🥵🍆)
everything and everyone...well, ok there were a few that were hard passes...but overall...YES and I dont even mean the people alone...the way it was shot...

There's a thought, first boner causing movie, I remember some lady pro-wrestlers causing a couple, but movie wise, I knew I liked girls when I saw Denise Richards and Neve Campbell in that poll, and no I didn't know their names at the time, almost forgot to say it was Wild Things, it's almost like the move was inconsequential 😅
EYEBALL boners not yer dick yo!

also that movie is actually really fun...and not jsut because of tiddies

I distinctly remember getting a prepubescent-boner while lying on the floor watching the silhouettes in the opening credits of some 007 movie on broadcast TV.

"What the hell is THAT?!" 🤣
Damn I've known that "what the hell is that feeling a couple of times" damn sexually repressed Catholic upbringing 😅

Matt Dillon is often fun to watch. He has a cheekiness (sometimes unintended) that adds a layer of fun to his movies.

Plus, that movie has some good twists, though it's no Body Heat.

Whats a movie or tv show that you give two thumbs up to...that most people dont watch or have not heard of etc?!

So dont say The Wire. Breaking Bad. The Office. Seinfeld. Narcos. Succession.
I want small time independents or shows that dont get much marketing and publicity that you enjoyed, even if it isnt your favorite show or film ever.
Something you just really liked!

TV:
-The IT Crowd. Fucking loooooved that show. Popular in the UK but not in the USA. Hilarious.
-Peep Show. Same as above.
-What We Do in the Shadows on FX/Hulu was a funny movie and then made into a tv show here in the USA that was likely better than the movie even. Big thumbs up.
-Fleabag had a brief moment when it was popular but it seems mostly forgotten. Loved that show.
-Mr. Inbetween
-Mindhunter (maybe not unpopular, but...)
-Samurai Champloo (anime, dope soundtrack, great lil story, no weird monsters or superpowers etc)

Films:
-Ghost World
-Lost in Translation
-25th Hour
-Moonrise Kingdom
-Okja
-Icarus

prob many more if I think about it for a while...but just starting the convo rolling!

I'll edit this shortly with my list.

Ah, I get it!

Yes, the way 300 was shot and processed certainly engaged and visually stimulated.

I just recently re-watched The Wizard of Oz and I'm sure its change to color had quite the effect on its audiences.

Lawrence of Arabia and anything by Guillermo del Toro induce those types of "eye boners" in me

Surely they're similar, it's just a physical response to what your eyes have seen 😋
no no...completely different

for example, another movie:

MAD MAX FURY ROAD

where yer brain and eyeballs jsut cant handle how fucking amazing/awesome it is while watching it. Whether its the cinematography, the action, the visual effects, the actors, all of the above...its like going to Las Vegas and seeing all the flashing lights and neon and cars and sex workers and amazing clothes and jewelry while tripping on shrooms and being blown by yer favorite porn star while rolling snake eyes in craps and having had bet $1000 on it...all at once...ya feel me?
