But of course…Are you still talking about nurse games?
I switched to a super healthy (and very enjoyable) anti-inflammatory diet after three bouts of Covid triggered pain all over my body linked to arthritis.I lost the 2 lbs i gained!!
Down 74 lbs
I want to get to 100.....
I feel ashamed about talking about totals....
I'm a newbie too. Thanks to all for the kind welcome.A very nice text, i must admit. I also feel like this place is Awesome, though i am a newbie here. Still thanks a lot to you all
It's a follow-up to an earlier book about BDSM ballroom orgies, called Strictly Come Dancing.I'm writing a book about deaf sex maniacs.
It's called Come Again?
Please doI switched to a super healthy (and very enjoyable) anti-inflammatory diet after three bouts of Covid triggered pain all over my body linked to arthritis.
The pain mostly went away and the happy by-product was a significant loss in weight.
Happy to share how I did it.
Cut out sugar and all processed foods, and mainly eat meals with high veggie content plus fish and chicken for protein. (I had to cut out acidic foods that caused pain, including tomatoes, red peppers and chillis, plus a few other things including red wine). Please do
I like Fred immediately!
I need a ruthlessly efficient gut... I have always been chronically inefficientCut out sugar and all processed foods, and mainly eat meals with high veggie content plus fish and chicken for protein. (I had to cut out acidic foods that caused pain, including tomatoes, red peppers and chillis, plus a few other things including red wine).
Carbs at weekends only.
Make loads of tasty green veggie soup, mainly from frozen veg including onions, spinach, cabbage, sprouts, kale, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, plus loads of peas to thicken it up, and add a fresh bag of watercress a few minutes before mixing it up with a stick blender. Also add any salad ingredients that are nearing their sell-by date.
I add veggie stock and loads of herbs and spices (garlic, ginger, turmeric, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme etc) to give it loads of flavour.
Eating "five a day" is a myth. If you play loads of sport, like i do, you need 15 a day! This soup delivers that.
It also makes your digestive system ruthlessly efficient!
He is awesome. You need that cat, K.@Wat_Tyler
I may be getting a cat. My friend has a stray that showed up. She used to be the head of the Humane Society in the county she lived in. So he is very friendly, can be pet and picked up, so she thinks he was dumped. About a year old. And he wants to come in. So she's going to catch him, and then take him to get spayed his shots and check for feline leukemia. I will keep you posted
He is super skinny, so she is feeding him, and set him up with a box in the shed. She is currently a dog sitting a dog that is not cat friendly, so she is leaving Thursday and that is when she will bring the cat inside. Apparently he's had some kind of human contact cuz he's very friendly. I'll send you a pic here in a sec

Orange cats are mischievous - he will be a good fit!!
I hope it went away, Boat!Goodnight/ Good day to all.... I must take this headache to bed.
Here's hoping you all have a great week!
I'm so glad you got good sleep, B2!Good night Lilli. I just woke up after a good 7 hours of sleep. Need coffee though.
Depends on where the itch is!Update - the weather begins acting like spring this week. This morning is grandpa taxi run. Then brunch and a visit with my son.
The old dog is being demanding of affection. Need to scratch his ears then he is satisfied. Does that work for us?.
Thank you so much!I hope it went away, Boat!![]()
Fortunately, my contract is not with any of the subs. I did get the "paid in full" invoice I've been waiting for. He did waive the remainder I still owed. I made him sign his name on the form also.I got sued once by a sub for not paying him in full for the work he hadn't completed. That was an exercise in st000pid. Fucking court, he still got half.
S! You're skating dangerously close to the edge, methinks!I was just going by the aroma!
Pretty girl! Dressed up in her finest tuxedo!I don't know if I have posted any Fred recently.
This is a good picture of her:

IDK about "trial" appointment. A pre fixe menu is variably available, however.Excellent news! Are trial appointments available?
You're eating... rockets??Avocado and sardines this morning.
Downsizing on my favourite healthy breakfast of avocado, smoked salmon, grilled halloumi, beetroot, poached egg and rocket, on sourdough toast.
Plus a delicious coffee, of course.
Whilst applauding and agreeing with the sentiment, I question whether they teach anatomy in the states.Fuck them.
In the lungs….
