Appreciated ...... But I doubt there's anything you're going to say that I haven't tried. Some people are bad at math....some are bad at board games....some can't cook. I can't sleep once I wake up
Well occasionally I manage to doze back off but almost never if it's 4 or later.
So yes all different breathing I've tried
Meditation
Changing scenery (from bed to couch or to another room)
Etc etc etc
On a positive note it means I'm right back here again

My cat once went to walk across my face when I was just waking up. So just as I yawned I got a full paw in my mouth. I don't know who was more shocked

Yep. And I've had my cat fall off the head board onto my face at the witching hour which was terrifying.
I think my favourite jerk behaviour was the cat learning how to wave his tail at the TV so it would turn on. Again did this in the early hours of the morning so I was awoken to a Russian man talking. Grabbed the baseball bat and snuck downstairs to find the cat sitting proudly next to the TV playing the Russian news. Had to disable that feature!
That is the safest path moving forward. Make sure you take some notes... It's a new day so new ways to make an impression
