On Telegram we can delete the conversation for both sides or just us. It doesn’t prompt for that on Signal.

When I delete a conversation, is it just my side of it?

Yes, it is only you side. You can delete a message for everyone, but only if it was sent in the last 24 hours...

I believe disappearing messages will disappear on both sides. And you can set it for the whole chat, don't need to set it for each individual message..
