Window would have been preferred… BUT our climate doesn’t really work with them. This bad boy can run even when it’s -20 outside!!

A friend of mine just gave me one, looking forward to trying it out this summer to cut down on whole house cooling...........

A few days ago, my dad brought over a couple of my mom’s things that she didn’t have room for, and transported them in one of those blue Danish butter cookies tins…the kind grandmas everywhere share with grandkids and later, inevitably turn into sewing kits I saw the tin first before knowing what was inside, and instantly craved the nostalgic taste of Danish butter cookies, and told him so for days after. He didn’t see any at the first couple stores he went to, but a couple days ago, spotted 2 types of ice cream (coffee, and chocolate, not pictured) with butter cookie cones. Then, today he finally found the real deal! They don’t always suck

I have a mini-split for the basement. Works great as a dehumidifier in the summer and on demand heat in the winter.
