What kind of plant should I watch out for? I’m still watching for spring…although I pruned my Crepe Myrtle’s and the hydrangeas are starting to bud! Spring is about sprung…er…i botched that one…

The whole tribe got an Air B&B not 1/4 mile away from our house so the chaos has ended. I’ll be at work for most of the construction, so I get to miss that crazy too, but I really feel like I should be there to direct traffic.

It’s Montag right? Everyone hunker down…it’ll be Tuesday soon!

Had a fun trip - return travel excepted (thanks Sun Country)
I am home and partly rested. Back at work this week. Have a nasty fire to put out. Goal is to accomplish in 1 week what would normally take 1 month. Fun times.

Just realized my 2 trips are back2back. So... here Mon-Fri and then off again until @ March 12th for the Friends and Family Tour. That will be exhausting but very rewarding too.

Apologies - but I will not have time to get caught up on what I missed over the last week. Hoping all are well or properly on the mend.

I just took a quick 15 minute walk at lunchtime. It’s beautiful out, like 50°.

Which reminds me of my grandfather who had full set of dentures. When on a family holiday to his cottage we woke to found that he had taken them out and put them in the fruit bowl. The were found gnawing and apple .... by me!

Sounds like a great night actually.... I've got beef stew ready and finishing mashed potatoes. .... Also poured a bourbon to sip while I cook. Then I guess just see what the night brings!

It was lovely, thanks. The weather was amazing. 70s and sunny vs double-digit negatives and gray skies.
The only photos I took were on the day trip. Animal conservation park. Too sunny to see my screen (such a problem, right?)... so will be sorting through almost 250 pics and videos in my spare time. Incredible to be so close to such majestic animals.

I'm so sorry, @Missk_2022. That sounds so frustrating. The green beans sound delicious, but I've given up on frozen dinners. Bought a few recently for "convenience" and they have not improved any in 20 years IMO.

Today was Day 1 of what this outfit calls The Push. So I had all the fucking wheels out there, including wheels I hadn't met yet. So there was that. The good news was, I did my homework and knew (mostly) what the fuck before all the worker bees (weasels at the old company) got busy. We had glitches. I think the plumbers may be our weak link. Maybe. Anyway, the construction manager was happy, so I presume all his bosses were pleased.
