The military and national security apparatus has a pattern in leadership. One group of leaders starts out competent, gradually becomes infested with sycophants and grifters, and the power shifts to a new group of leaders, without firing anyone in the old group. That was the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for a while. The Chairman was important, for a while. Maybe it will be again if he's competent now. He was a woke useless General officer who's biggest priority was reducing the amount of "white" pilots flying the nation's combat aircraft and promoting woke ideology in the military. Hegseth, a real warrior, finally pulled the switch on the politicized subversive. The Chief of Naval Operations was cashiered as well for tolerating one failure after another thus proving her failure at the helm of the Navy. I outlined her failures a while back as well. That isn't true Rob. There are thousands of better black men serving as commissioned officers in our military, Brown isn't one of them. In fact they are over represented at 9% of commissioned officers and 6.5% of general officers. Only the very best combat officers should be serving at the top of our military services. There is no room for politics in the military.
