So very true! I got it for my birthday last year, so have only had it for 6 months. This was the first time I fell asleep on it, but then yeah when I went to get up off the floor....

Just a fancy plastic bed of nails. My friend had it, I tried it and thought this feels good. Until me and her husband challenged each other to see who could stand on it the longest...

I got mine from Aldi's. A lot cheaper than the Amazon prices. But not a regular in stock item.

You can wear a sweatshirt at first or on your bed for instance.
Slowly I got to the point of shirtless and on the floor.

View it as an acupressure thing

Impressive! I am yet to go shirtless... Sort of afraid of the cat deciding at the precise moment of vulnerability to jump on my chest. Nailed .... But in the most painful of ways...
