Tesla doesn't have either autonomous driving technology or autonomous humanoid robots. This whole video is just marketing fluff. As DOGE continues, where are the jobs going?
Musk is very into efficiency, unfortunately for humans, we aren’t very efficient.
If robots can get jobs done more cost effectively than humans isn’t there a fiscal responsibility to replace human labor?
Tesla’s Optimus 2 is an AI driven android that can do this, and Elon Musk has predicted that he will have 20,000 of them working in his factories by 2025 and will be able to produce them by the millions by 2027, possibly for as little for as little as $20k each.
Who needs people? Good thing he’s getting rid of regulatory agencies.
Check out this video - especially the second half.

Do you think the robots will keep him around?Only if Elon says so, but he doesn’t even think it’s fair for some employees to work from home while others have to go in to the office or factory.
I own a Tesla 2023 Model Y. They have offered me 3 months (every other for the past six) of "autonomous driving". It's absolutely horrible. Even after turning off all the options, the darn thing wants to brake (and it brakes HARD) when it senses something out of the ordinary. I can barely use normal cruise control the response is so bad. I can be going along a rural highway at 55 - 65 MPH when a snow covered side road is approaching: the thing sees snow-covered tire tracks from vehicles that recently dragged some onto the main, clear highway. It brakes HARD and I go from 65 to 45 in a second for absolutely no reason as there are no other cars around. Darn near locks my seatbelt and takes me several seconds to get the car back up to speed. It is over-reactive to cars making a left turn in front of me, and doing so responsibly with no need for me to even take my foot off the accelerator. Still, it brakes and brakes HARD. Is it any wonder that Telsa has double the rate of fatal crashes of the rest of the fleet? You couldn't pay me enough to get into an autonomously-driven car. I say, put the technology in a Space X rocket headed for Mars. Insert one nutjob Musk and let 'er buck.Tesla doesn't have either autonomous driving technology or autonomous humanoid robots. Have you ever driven one or had a ride in one? Try it for a month. I dare you. You won't make it two weeks.Ummm, no. Sorry BSG. You need to do some catching up.
Have you not yet seen a road legal vehicle that has no steering wheel?
Duplicate post.Biden admin gave $2 billion to Stacey Abrams-linked climate outfit as part of 'gold bar' scheme: Zeldin
Joseph MacKinnon
February 20, 2025
The Biden admin's apparent rush to dump $2 billion into a brand-new Abrams-linked group has raised suspicions.
Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin and the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency announced the discovery last week that the Biden-Harris administration parked roughly $20 billion at an outside financial institution as part of a scheme "purposefully designed to obligate all of the money in a rush job with reduced oversight."
In the days since, Zeldin has raised questions about one of the intended recipients of the funds — a new nonprofit linked to a staunch ally of the former president and vice president, failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams.
"I made a commitment to members of Congress and to the American people to be a good steward of tax dollars, and I’ve wasted no time in keeping my word," Zeldin told the Washington Free Beacon, which highlighted the connection in a report Wednesday. "When we learned about the Biden administration’s scheme to quickly park $20 billion outside the agency, we suspected that some organizations were created out of thin air just to take advantage of this."
The Abrams-linked nonprofit, Power Forward Communities, was founded in 2023 by several groups, including Rewiring America, a climate alarmist outfit focused on electrifying American homes and businesses. Abrams serves as senior counsel at Rewiring America, and she made clear online in October 2023 that she was an engaged player in Rewiring America and the PFC "coalition."

More Biden criminality halted.
This is all so depressingly reminiscent of Atlas Shrugged: corrupt politicians and crony capitalists grabbing all they can and screwing the people without "pull."
With luck, there's a John Galt waiting out there somewhere to come pick up the pieces after it's all over.
Agree - I fully appreciate that there’s waste to be cut. But this administrations slash and burn approach is just reckless. And the kicker is, they don’t care. They have their billions. “The people will understand” is BS. The voters subjugated their principles for dollars and now they, along with the rest of us, got what they voted for.Galt and his group of psychopathic friend essentially destroyed the world because they were a bit bored. What makes it so much worse is when we look around the modern world it seems pretty obvious that part of Rand's core belief, that nothing important to human life could ever be rare enough to be monopolized. Given when Ayn Rand lived and died she clearly knw about the Robber Barons. It also doesn't need to be monopolized by a single entity. IF there are only two or three options they really just have to politely agree not to screw each other over and they may as well have a monopoly.
I will forever point out that back in 2008 three men, just three the CEOs of Ford, GM and Chevorlet? Either way three men, one of whom wasn't even in a bad spot financailly walked into Congress and pretty much told them yeah we screwed up but if you don't save us everybody dies. It was a legit enough threat that I believe it was Paul Ryan was in tears saying this wasn't the time to sit around debating. We must do this. We have NO reason at all to think that was a bluff either. Them going down would harm their suppliers, in plenty of cities a factory building cars is very possibly the cornerstone of the local economy. You don't JUST shut dhem down but as workers move to places where there is work that's going to affect everything from Walmart or whatever to to McDonalds. As people move that's less in property taxes they are collecting so schools are going to have fewer funds, those pot holes you hate some much aren't being filled in. I don't know where you live other than one REALLY bad one that I think was actually a "personal problem" for Walmart and not a city or state pothole mine get fixed pretty quick. If I have a complaint its that they end up doing a lot and sometimes there are few ways around it. I had a job interview once that I had to cancel because they were working on the main bridge and next nearest one assuming you even knew where it was was like 40 minutes since you had to god south like fifteen miles then north once you crossed and that's assuming you hit every green light. Which we all know you hit all the green lights on your way home. Nobody who had to be somewhere at a specific time EVER hit every green.

You sure bout that Willis? I’ve seen this group in Phoenix and I assumed they had Teslas but It looks like an all Toyo fleet. If they’re doing it, I’m your Lord&Savior Elon isn’t far behind.Tesla doesn't have either autonomous driving technology or autonomous humanoid robots. This whole video is just marketing fluff.
